Imageer is an innovative hosting
service, providing fast and dynamic image publishing using Scene7
on-demand image rendering technology.
The most commonly used image production
process for web site creation requires that a distinct derivative
image be created, saved, indexed and published to the web server
for every image used on the web site.
Using Imageer eliminates the need to
create these derivative images by providing a method to dynamically
render and manipulate images on-the-fly.
This is done based upon industry standard
HTTP using an Image URL to tell Imageer exactly what manipulations
to perform on a given source image. The Image URL is inserted
into your web page, replacing the traditional static image source
attribute - instantly giving you access to the dynamic image.
1. Launch the preview window.
The file in the smaller window
will update to reflect the change. [Note: Effects are cumulative].
2. Use the existing picture
or select a new one from the "Change Image" menu.
[Note: some of the images are .psd
or .eps files. Scene7 Image Server can use a number of native file formats
as the source file]
3. Select the type of filter
you wish to use.
This page has a number of the functions
available to clients using the Imageer hosting service. Simply choose
the type of effect you want and select update.
